S & S Drilling P/L is a Tasmanian incorporated company that has been operating with the existing management for five years. It operates within the Infrastructure, Utilities and Construction Industries and provides a statewide service.

Its principal activity is horizontal directional drilling. This technique developed in the 1980’s for installing, renovating or maintaining underground services which does not require conventional trenching or digging. This ‘trench-less’ technology enables underground work to be done with much less disruption and risk to existing services, providing a faster and more economical service.

The business enjoys an excellent reputation in the industry for local knowledge and experience and for prompt and efficient service.

The two Company Directors are Shane and Susie Jackson. They have both been managing and developing the business for five years.

They are joined by two experience operators. All have undergone on the job training and safety induction courses.
